    Precision injection mold is a kind of mold for manufacturing high-precision injection products. It is commonly used in 

    the production of small and medium-sized parts in materials such as plastics, rubber, metals, etc., which require very 

    high dimensional stability, surface quality and precision. Compared with conventional injection moulds, precision injection 

    moulds are more difficult to manufacture and process, requiring higher technical levels, higher precision and more 

    advanced equipment. Therefore, precision injection molds usually use high-quality materials and manufacturing processes 

    to ensure high quality and precision of the final product.

    In the manufacturing process of precision injection mold, it is necessary to use CAD/CAM software for 3D design and 

    simulation analysis to ensure that the mold meets the design requirements. Then, advanced CNC machining equipment is 

    used for machining and precision finishing to obtain very high dimensional accuracy and surface quality. After the completion 

    of the mold, it is necessary to carry out a series of debugging and mold testing to verify that the performance and accuracy 

    of the mold meet the requirements. Compared with conventional injection molds, precision injection molds are more expensive, 

    but they can produce high-precision and high-quality products, so they are widely used in the production of high-precision 

    parts in medical, aerospace, automotive, electronics and other fields.

    When a precision injection mold is used in the injection molding process, melted plastic or other materials are first injected 

    into the mold cavity. The design of the mold cavity is very critical, which determines the shape, size and surface quality of 

    the final product. During injection molding, parameters such as temperature, pressure and injection speed need to be 

    controlled to ensure that the material can adequately fill the mold cavity and allow it to cool and cure. After cooling and 

    curing, the mold will be separated and the molded part will be removed.

    Precision injection molds have a high degree of repeatability and consistency, enabling the production of highly accurate 

    parts. They can make many complex shaped parts, such as tiny parts, hollow structures and detailed products. Precision 

    injection molds can also realize multi-cavity and multi-channel mold design, and realize multiple parts forming at the same

    time, thereby improving production efficiency.
