In production, the disposable beverage lid injection mold is installed on the injection molding machine. The plastic
melted at high temperature is injected into the mold by an injection molding machine, and then quickly cooled
and solidified. In order to ensure the quality and consistency of the finished product, the mold design includes
a precise cooling system and an efficient mold production mechanism. Such molds may be single-cavity or
multi-cavity designs, and multi-cavity molds can manufacture multiple LIDS simultaneously in a production
